Important to know
- Pedestrian barriers must be selected according to building purpose, number of users, passage width, usage intensity and evacuation requirements.
- Not every turnstile is suitable for every building. High-flow areas require passage speed, mechanical quality, reliable sensors, serviceability and correct behaviour during power failure.
- In buildings with fire and evacuation requirements, the system must not block safe exit.
